All leads will be emailed directly to your inbox at whatever email address you provided to TheHomeMag team. Leads will also appear in your Groundwork Dashboard. You can also adjust your notifications to receive a text message notification as well.
You should have received an email from noreply@hellogroundwork.com with the title: Groundwork Sign-in Instructions. Simply click the [GO TO GROUNDWORK] button in the email, create a password, and you are in! Be sure to search your inbox and spam folder for that email.

A Flow is the experience a lead goes through when reaching out to your company through TheHomeMag Marketplace. It is a set of questions that comes pre-customized for your business and includes your logo and brand colors. You can also edit any of the questions, answers, and wording to say whatever you would like!
You can even include a welcome video or images of your team!
Customizing your flow is simple and can be done straight from your Groundwork Dashboard by clicking the Setup Tab and then -> Flows.
