Jeff’s Review of SynkedUP:
Synked Up is purpose built for landscape Design/Build companies. Born out of Tussey Landscaping in Pennsylvania, the SynkedUp team has deep knowledge of the ins and outs of running an outdoor living business. SynkedUp has very good financial features - quoting, budgeting, job costing, and profitability analysis. Founder, Weston Zimmerman is also a great guy!
Bidding software with valuable additional features
Aspire is a family of cloud-based software solutions designed for landscape and lawn businesses of any size. It provides tools that allow contractors to create winning bids, plan jobs, schedule crews, run reports, and get paid more efficiently and profitably. Aspire's software includes features such as bidding templates and kits, drag-and-drop scheduling boards, mobile apps, takeoffs and design, integrated purchase orders, real-time job costing, CRM, invoicing, and reporting.
Jeff’s Review of Aspire:
After being acquired by Service Titan, their pricing has increased, BUT I have heard great things about Aspire from companies above the $5 million in revenue mark. Several owners I’ve talked with told me the analytics they can get from the system have directly contributed to their strategy - and eventually their growth. Aspire has enough functionality for any business in the green industry - maintenance, design/build, snow, tree care, etc. It’s a powerhouse!

They started in the roofing industry but have rapidly expanded the industries they serve. If you go to a project site of any type to do work, you can benefit from CompanyCam. I founded this company, so I won’t necessarily give you a “review.” What I will say is that we’ve built something to help contractors solve the frustration that I’ve experienced first hand in the sales process. It felt like there was so much wasted time for both the customer and contractor. We’ve been working since 2019 to solve that problem. I’d love to show you what we’re building - try the software out for free.
