7 Groundwork Features to Maximize in 2023

1. 🔥Hot Leads - The “Hot Lead” is a way to highlight your leads so you know when you need to follow up or when they require special attention. You can manually mark them a hot lead or let the system automatically do it after a certain time once the lead has sent a message

2. 📹 Video Response- Did you know that this year we released a video response feature for you? This can help make things more personal for your customers. Instead of sending an empty text, your customers can see who they’re dealing with and earn trust in you without the first trip!

3. 🗓️ Schedule Texts- Sometimes you work late and you want to follow up with leads just so you don’t forget. Instead of sending your lead a late-night text, just schedule the text to go out the next morning

4. 🎯 Bulk Messaging - Want to text out a promotional offer to leads that didn’t convert? Or maybe remind a group of leads to submit their video? Now you can message multiple leads at once with the bulk messaging feature!

5. 💥 @mentions - Alert your team when a lead needs attention! You can now @ mention other Groundwork users just like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Slack, etc. @ Mentions allow you to tag and notify other team members to bring something to their attention.

6. 🙂 Customer Feedback - Leads now have the ability to rate their experience. This will allow you to understand how people are interacting with your sales process and if there’s anything you can tweak to improve the experience.

7. ✨New look!- The Lead View style has been revamped! We’ve redesigned the Lead View in the Lead Card to be cleaner and easier to navigate!
